Exciting ways to get your relax on!

I am really excited to continue to learn more about the Sandals & Beaches resorts and to share all of that info to you along the way!

Every so often I will pick a Resort to highlight or one of their many amazing discounts or deals and post on my blog.

Life online

I know that blogging is going to help me boost my business and maybe even inspire someone, maybe ;), but why is it so stinking hard to get going?!

My mission is to schedule at least one post a week. Mostly Disney/Pinterest related like the title of the blog states! But probably some random things as well. Keep it interesting for me and others who may be interested.

I’ll stop boring you and get onto planning.

Thanks to those who take time out of their days/nights to check my blog out. I’m sorry it’s been so lame so far. 😦 I promise to try and do better.

PIN: Eggs in a mug? What?

I’ve never really been a big fan of breakfast or eggs. Breakfast was good if it was handheld and sweet.

But…. we all know the healthiness of those types of meals. And with the intent on slowly but surely creating a healthier life style and norm for me and my kiddos, breakfast was on the list.

Man am I happy I found this Pin:

2 eggs

splash of milk or cream

dash of salt and pepp

Then anything you can think of that you would enjoy in your eggs!

**Also, you can add bread to soak up some of the liquids that may occur I so far have preferred to not. **

Crack the eggs directly into the mug. Whisk in milk/cream and salt/pepp in eggs. Then add you mix ins and put in the microwave for between 2 minutes to 3 minutes. If I feel it hasn’t been cooked long enough I just simple put it back in the micro for about 30 seconds longer.



In the picture above I have parmesan cheese, red peppers and zucchini mixed in. YUM!!

And now I’m planning all kinds of new tasty versions onion, mushrooms, goat cheese, basil, spinach, OOOOH!

so many tasty options!!
